Tomos™ Nederland

Tomos™ Nederland is located in Epe, Netherlands and was established in 1964. Here 35 employees assemble 40 mopeds daily from components made in Slovenia. Over 10000 mopeds were sold in 1998, which is almost half of 22000 mopeds produced by Tomos™ annually. Currently up to 1000 mopeds are sold monthly on domestic market in the Netherlands.
Company also distributes scooters and is soon expected to take over Tomos™ moped distribution in the EU. An agreement has been reached with a Taiwanese and a Chinese company for worldwide scooter distribution. They are also the only European manufacturer whose mopeds are exported to Japan.
